By using Framewiser, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Using Framewiser
Framewiser provides photography guidance intended to help you explore composition, framing, and other creative choices. You are responsible for how, where, and when you use the app.
- Follow applicable laws, venue rules, and safety guidance.
- Do not use Framewiser in a way that distracts you from driving, cycling, crossing roads, or other situations requiring your full attention.
- Respect the privacy, property, and rights of people you photograph.
Creative guidance
Framewiser’s suggestions are creative tools, not guarantees. A recommendation may not suit every scene, subject, or purpose. You remain responsible for your photography and for your decisions while using the app.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos you create. The current Framewiser experience does not require you to upload photos to us. If an optional cloud feature is introduced later, its terms and privacy information will explain any permissions needed to provide it.
App availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Framewiser as we develop the product. We aim to keep the service useful and available, but cannot promise that every feature will always be available or work perfectly on every device.
Future paid features
Framewiser may offer optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. If available, purchases will be offered through Apple’s App Store and governed by the price, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.
Intellectual property
Framewiser, its name, visual identity, software, and website content are owned by Framewiser or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks or brand assets without written permission.
Disclaimer
Framewiser is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Framewiser will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
